Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (29oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can (14oz) beef broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In large pan, cook ground beef and diced peppers together; drain. In same pot, add in diced tomatoes and beef broth; stir. Add tomato soup and combine. Stir in cooked rice and add seasonings. Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with cheese.
