Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp of Cold Water
- 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
- 3 Egg Whites (Room Temperature)
- 6 Tbsp of Very Fine Grained Sugar
- 1 Tsp of Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Blend Cornstarch and Cold Water in a small saucepan. Add Boiling Water and cook stirring until thick and clear. Let stand until cold. Beat Egg Whites on high speed until foamy. Gradually add Sugar and beat until stiff but NOT dry on low speed. Add Salt and Vanilla. Gradually beat in Cornstarch mixture and beat on high until blended. Spread on pie filling to the edges and brown in oven (about 10 minutes).
