Ingredients
- 1 large pkg of chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed out the water)
- 2-3 tbs olive oil
- 1-2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper or hot sauce
- 1 box orzo
- 1/2-1 stick of butter
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Saute spinach, olive oil, garlic and red pepper.
Cook box of orzo. Drain orzo and add butter. Stir until melted. Add heavy cream.
Mix in the spinach mixture.
Can be served hot or warm.
Can be made day ahead.
