  • 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 LB ASSORTED PASTA (WHEELS, SHELLS, SPIRALS, ZITI)
  • ONE 16 OZ JAR MEAT FLAVORED SPAGHETTI SAUCE
  • 8 OZ COOKED GROUND BEEF
  • 8 OZ COOKED ITALIAN SAUSAGE
  • 8 OZ PEPPERONI SLICED THIN AND CUT IN HALF
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350
2. MELT THE BUTTER IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD THE ONION, GREEN PEPPER, AND GARLIC POWDER. SAUTE FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES.
3. AT THE SAME TIME, COOK THE PAST ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS
4. HEAT THE SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MIX WITH THE COOKED GROUND BEEF AND SAUSAGE
5. GREASE A 4 QT CASSEROLE. PLACE HALF OF THE COOKED PASTA IN THE DISH, FOLLOWED BY HALF OF THE VEGETABLES, HALF OF THE PEPPERONI, AND HALF OF THE SAUCE. REPEAT ANOTHER LAYER.
6. SPREAD THE MOZZARELLA CHEESE OVER THE TOP
7. BAKE FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED.
