Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Asiago cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and tender stems
- Juice of 1 lime

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the olive oil, cheese, garlic cloves, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor and process until pureed.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
