Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Beat egg whites, sugar, and cocoa until stiff peaks form.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Spoon onto baking sheet and place in oven.

Turn oven off and let sit for 8 hours.

Do not open the oven door.
