Ingredients
- Makes eight 1 oz slider sandwiches 8 ozs fresh crab meat
- 8 Macrina Slider Brioche Burger Buns
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of salt and red chili flakes 2 Tbsps ginger aioli

Preparation
Step 1
Slice buns in half and grill on BBQ. Place open faced on platter. Gener- ously dot each side of the buns with ginger aioli. Divide the crab mixture between the 8 bun bottoms and add the bun tops. Can use a tooth pick or paper wrap to hold the sandwich together.
In a medium bowl add the yolks, mus- tard, lemon juice, and ginger. In a thin stream begin adding the canola oil. Mix until fairly thick and all oil is incorpo- rated. Season with salt and cayenne.
These Crab Sliders are lovely with a glass of your favorite sparkling wine or soda!
