Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbs honey
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from tenderloin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in stoneware.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; brush on top and sides of tenderloin. Pour remaining sauce mixture on top of tenderloin. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours (HIGH 4 hours).
