Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 C. (2 sticks) butter (softened)
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • Top Layer:
  • 2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips (or butterscotch)
  • 1 C. coconut flakes
  • 1/2 C. pecans (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For crust, mix butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add flour with pastry blender until crumbly. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake 13 minutes. Remove from oven.

For top layer, mix all ingredients together and pour over baked crust. Bake 25-30 minutes (will not appear set). Cool and cut. Makes about 24 bars.
