Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Ground Beef
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon A-1 Sauce
  • Diced Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley flakes
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
  • Bacon strips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine hamburger with ingredients listed WITH THE EXCEPTION of Chili Sauce and Bacon strips. Those will go on top of meatloaf when ready to put in the oven.

Step 2

Butter the top of the meatloaf.
Mix Chili Sauce, Salt and Pepper and pour over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 3

Put a little water at the bottom of the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
