Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or ½ lb ground Italian sausage and ½ lb ground beef)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper , to taste
- 1 medium onion , chopped
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder/ garlic fresh diced
- crushed red pepper flakes , to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce/ non sugar substitute
- 1 Tablespoon monk fruit sweetener /granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (optional)
- spaghetti noodles , for serving/ spaghetti squash noodles/ eggplant noodles/ cauliflower mash or just eat as chili on hamburger for Keto

Step 1
Put all ingredients in for sauce except water and mix. Once simmering add cup of water and cover to simmer until ready to eat! Can be low simmering for hours as long as low and covered. (except meat and noodles and bread of course)
