Ingredients
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 4 TBS chia seeds
- zest of one medium lemon
- juice of one medium lemon
- 2 1/2 TBS sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1
Mix together all ingredients until no clumps.
Transfer to serving dish. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. if too thick, add more non-dairy milk, if too thin, add more chia seeds.
Top with nuts, fruit, coconut, etc.
Chia seeds ability to absorb liquid varies by brand which is why you may need to adjust texture after initial chill. Thickness of yogurt can also affect texture.
