Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup semi sweet morsels
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup oil
  • For Ganache:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet morsels

Preparation

Step 1

cake: preheat oven to 350. Grease pan with bakers spray

Step 2

Combine all ingredients's for the cake in a large bowl and whisk until batter mixes evenly and are no lumps.

Step 3

Pour batter into pan and put in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes.

Step 4

When cake is done take it out of the oven and allow to cool 5 minutes. Then transfer cake to cooling rack and cool 30 minutes.

Step 5

Prepare ganache.
Put heavy cream in large microwavable bowl and heat 2 minutes till almost boil pour morsels into cream. let set for 5 minutes then mix until shiny.

Step 6

Pour ganache over cooled cake
