- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1- 1oz envelope onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- 2tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Stab tenderloin along top edge every 1-2 inches stuff a garlic slice in each slit. Then place tenderloin in cooker.
Sprinkle soup mix over tenderloin, pour water, broth, vinegar and soy sauce, sprinkle pepper on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Internal temp 145
Let rest for 10 mins.
