- Red onion

Step 1
Thaw beans by spreading over paper towels or hand towel with a plate on top to keep them down. Slice a red onion in moon slices. Get cast iron skillet hot then add onions oil and beans. Cook until blistered adding cloves of garlic when almost done. Salt and pepper
Toppings could include Parmesan Cheese and balsamic vinegar.
