  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 6-2oz portions of grd beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • SAUCE:
  • Mayo
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Worcestershire
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Adobo Sauce
  • TOPPINGS:
  • Chopped Lettuce
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Pickles
  • Shredded Cheese of Choice

Preparation

Step 1

Roll each of the 2oz portions of ground beef into balls. Place a beef ball in the middle of each of the six tortillas. Flatten the beef out to just before the edge. Add salt and pepper to each. Prepare the chopped toppings. In a small bowl, add enough of the following for each burger - mayo, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco sauce nd add a few sprinkles of Adobo Seasoning. Mix well. Lay beef tortillas on griddle with meat side down for 3 minutes at medium heat. Flip over and top with shredded cheese of choice - leave on griddle until cheese is melted. Fold to eat.
