Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast (cut in half
- horizontally)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C flour
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2C Panko breadcrumbs
- Avocado and Olive Oil
- Salt to Taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken breast in half horizontally, place on cutting board, cover with wax paper and pound until uniform in thickness. Salt & pepper both sides and set aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, whip together cracked two eggs, 2 Tbsp milk and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix together 2C Panko, 1 tsp Rosemary, 1 tsp Sage, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper and 1/4 tsp Salt.
Step 3
In another bowl, ad 1/2C flour - coat chicken and shake. Dip in egg mixture. Coat in panko mixture - press to stick on chicken. Fry in oil for 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sea salt when comes out of skillet. Let rest for 5 minutes on rack before serving.
