- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375.
In a large bowl, beat butter, oil, and sugars.
Step 2
Add the eggs and beat until well-combined. Stir in the vanilla.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, sift in the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Gently mix until combined. Drop teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
