- 12 scotch bonnet chilis, stemmed and roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp. peeled garlic

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
Step 2
Process until smooth, then transfer to a jar.
Step 3
Place a sheet of wax paper on top and then screw on the lid.
Step 4
Let sit in a cool, dark place for a day. Then move jar to the fridge.
