• 1 small ripe peach, diced
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 tsp flour
• pinch of salt
• Topping:
• 2 tsp flour
• 2 T oats
• 1 T brown sugar
• pinch of cinnamon
• 2 T melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

350 degrees 20-25mins

Step 2

Mix filling, add to half pint mason jar or 8oz ramekin. Pack it down to create juices

Step 3

Combine topping, pour melted butter and stir till evenly moistened, Sprinkle on top mounding as high as possible

Step 4

Bake on baking sheet. Cool 10-15 mins before serving.
