Spicy Miso Ramen

Ingredients
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1/2 cup Red Miso Paste
- 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
- 2 tbsp. Sriracha
- Baby Spinach
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Green Onions
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Togarashi
- 40 oz Fresh Ramen

Preparation
Step 1
Take your yellow onion, peel it and slice it thin.
Step 2
Add to tablespoons of sesame oil to the hot pain on your stove.
Step 3
Boil two eggs in a pot of water.
Step 4
Measure half a cup of tahini paste and half a cup of miso paste. Add to the pain, then pour in eight cups of purified water.
Step 5
Add two tablespoons Sriracha to the mix.
Step 6
Prep your toppings by cutting them.
Step 7
In another pot of boiling water, heat four 10 oz packages of ramen for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Strain your ramen, then split the noodles into four bowls.
Step 8
Ladle the soup mix into each bowl on the side.
Step 9
Add sliced avocado and half a boiled egg to each bowl. Finish with spinach, green onions and micro cilantro.
Step 10
Sprinkle with togarashi and sesame seeds.
