Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 ½ Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • couple of squirts hot chili sauce (I use Cholula)
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 or 4 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients then heat until clear and it thickens.

Step 2

Toss sauce with veggies of your choice in a hot preheated wok.
