  • Italian Bread Crumbs or
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Grate parmesan cheese (needs half as much cheese as bread crumbs). Put eggs in dipping size bowl and beat until smooth. In another dipping size bowl, add bread or Panko crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese (2 parts bread crumbs to 1 part grated cheese). Dredge fish in egg mixture, then bread crumbs and place fish in pre-greased glass baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper. Melt butter, and spoon over fish. Grate additional parmesan (as much as you want to cover it) over fish. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
