Ingredients
- Meatloaf Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs ground beef, 85% or 90% lean
- 1/2 med onion, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs or 1 cup ground chex mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp worsteschire sauce
- 1 ½ tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 ½ tsp white vinegar
- 2 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for meatloaf.
Bake meatloaf in 9x5 baking dish for 40 min at 350*.
Mix sauce and let sit.
After 40 minutes pull out and cover with all the sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
Then it will be done!
Step 2
Serve with a potato side or make meatloaf burgers or sandwiches!
