Ingredients

  • Meatloaf Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef, 85% or 90% lean
  • 1/2 med onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs or 1 cup ground chex mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp worsteschire sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • Meatloaf Sauce Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 ½ tsp white vinegar
  • 2 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients for meatloaf.
Bake meatloaf in 9x5 baking dish for 40 min at 350*.
Mix sauce and let sit.
After 40 minutes pull out and cover with all the sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
Then it will be done!

Step 2

Serve with a potato side or make meatloaf burgers or sandwiches!
