  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced (or 1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 onion, diced (use more if you like sauteed onion)
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 4 oz can diced green chiles or jalapenos
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 small beef bouillon cubes or 1 large
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 jar canned whole tomatoes

Combine the ground beef, onions, bell peppers and garlic in large frying pan and sauté until ground beef is browned. Drain fat.
