- 3 eggs whites
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Filling:
- 4 ounces dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
Step 2
Using electric beaters, beat egg whites in small bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beating well after each addition. Beat until sugar has dissolved and mixture is thick and glossy. Add cinnamon and beat until just combined.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to piping bag fitted with 1/2 inch fluted tube. Pipe small stars onto prepared trays. Bake 30 minutes or until pale and crisp. Turn off oven; cool in oven with open door.
Step 4
To make filling:
Place chocolate and sour cream in a small heatproof bowl; stand bowl over pan of simmering water. Stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Sandwich meringues together with filling. Dust with cocoa. Serve.
