Ingredients
- 6 1/2 ounces dark cooking chocolate, chopped
- 3 1/3 ounces butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 3/4 ounces white chocolate
- 2/3 cup chopped macadamia nut

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 inch square cake tin with foil or baking paper.
Step 2
Combine chocolate, butter and water in a medium pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate and butter have melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar, remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla, eggs and flour; mix until well combined.
Step 3
Using a sharp knife, chop white chocolate into large chunks. Stir chocolate and nuts into mixture. Spoon mixture into tin. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is firm to touch. Cool in tin. Cut into squares.
