Ingredients
- 8 ounces chocolate chip biscuits, crushed
- 2 1/3 ounces butter, melted
- 1 2/3 ounces butter, extra
- 1/4 cup soft brown sugar
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 4 3/4 ounces dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 11" x 7" rectangular tin with enough baking paper to extend over the longest sides.
Step 2
Combine biscuit crumbs and butter in medium bowl; mix well. Press mixture firmly into base of tin. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until firm.
Step 3
Using electric beaters, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add condensed milk, eggs and peanut butter; mix until smooth. Spread mixture evenly over biscuit base. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Leave in tin to cool.
Step 4
Spread melted chocolate over cooled slice. Allow chocolate to set, then remove slice from tin. Using a sharp, flat-bladed knife, cut into bars. Dust with sifted cocoa powder.
