Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free vanilla
- 2 ¾ cups Gluten-Free Flour Mix*
- 1 12 ounce pkg. milk chocolate-covered round caramels, such as Rolo*, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- GF Flour Mix
- 3 cups white rice flour
- 3 cups potato starch
- 2 cups sorghum flour
- 4 teaspoons xanthan gum

Preparation
Step 1
3 cups white rice flour
3 cups potato starch
2 cups sorghum flour
4 teaspoons xanthan gum
Step 2
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Use parchment paper to lift bars from pan. Cut into bars.
Step 3
For Flour
In a large airtight container whisk together rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, and xanthan gum. Cover and store at room temperature for up to 3 months.
