Ingredients
- 4 c. brewed coffee, room temperature
- 1/2 c. coffee-flavored liqueur (Kahlua)
- 4 oz dark rum
- 1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2 pt. vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream, for topping
- shaved chocolate, for topping

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pitcher or measuring cup, whisk together room temperature coffee, coffee liqueur, and dark rum.
Step 2
Place melted chocolate on a shallow plate. Dip the rim of each glass into the chocolate.
Step 3
Divide ice cream between each glass, then fill each with coffee mixture.
Step 4
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
