Ingredients
- 1 cup Duke’s Mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (cook as directed)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayo, sour cream, cheeses and salt & pepper together. Stir well.
Fold in cooked macaroni.
Put in baking dish
Crush ritz crackers and spread over macaroni.
Step 2
Bake 325-350for 30 mins or until cheese is melted and crackers are golden brown.
