- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 2.1 ounce package baked miniature phyllo shells 15

Step 1
For filling, in a medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Fold in 2 tablespoons of the chocolate pieces.
Step 2
Using two spoons, scoop the filling into phyllo shells. Top with remaining chocolate pieces. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 2 hours.
