Ingredients
- 4 C diced, cooked potatoes
- 3 packets Gero Washington Rich Brown Seasoning
- 3 T olive
- 1 1/2 T cider vinegar
- 1 C diced celery
- 3 T diced onion
- 3/4 C mayonnaise Cook

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water until softened but still firm.
Transfer to large bowl & sprinkle with seasoning, olive oil & vinegar. Let cool
Step 2
Add celery, onion & mayonnaise. Mix well. Chill & serve.
Optional: add 2 hard cooked eggs
