Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 1/2 TBSP oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 2 1/2 TBSP corn starch
  • Several squirts of Chulula chili hot sauce
  • 1 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix. Transfer to a sauce pan and heat until thickened. Pour onto your stir fried veggies and toss. Serve over rice.

Step 2

Veggies: Broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, celery, bellpeppers(red, green, yellow), baby corn, water chestnuts, onions. (use your imagination)
