Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Creole mustard
- 2 Tbsp ketchup or chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 or 4 chopped green onions
- 1 or 2 stalks celery
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- several dashes black pepper
- 1Tbsp dried parsley

Step 1
Compine all ingredients and and pulse them in food processor until they are as smooth as you like them to be.

Refrigerate and serve on top of salad with shrimp, chicken, salmon or your favorite protein.
