- 3/4 lb. veal cutlets
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 cups canned, low- sodium diced tomatoes, drained
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Step 2
Brown veal 2 minutes; turn and brown second side 1 minute. Remove to plate.
