Ingredients
- 6 oz. ground chicken
- 8 oz. shitake mushrooms (optional)
- 1 c chopped leeks
- 3/4 t grated fresh ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 t soy sauce
- Wonton Wrappers

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken, mushrooms (optional), leek, ginger and garlic in sesame oil, until tender, about 7 minutes.
Step 2
Let cool, add soy sauce. Spoon filling in center of wrappers. Brush edges with water, fold and seal. Steam until translucent, about 8 minutes.
