  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 boxes beef broth
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 carrots
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 4 potatoes
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pinches of flour

Preparation

Step 1

Chop celery, cilantro, tomato, onion, and garlic and combine together with ground beef, flour, egg, and rice in a bowl. Mix and form into meatballs-desired size. Boil in broth and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add bite size pieces of carrots, cabbage, potatoes, and green onions. SImmer another 30 minutes and enjoy.
