Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4T cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter...OG margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

Preparation
Step 1
Bring to a boil, sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
Boil for 1 minute.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Step 3
Add peanut butter and stir until completely combined.
Step 4
Stir in quick oats and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Scoop batter into parchment paper, I like to use a 1.6” cookie dough scoop.
Step 6
As cookies cool they will “harden”. Lindsay loves to omit the oatmeal and use it as an ice cream topping.
