- milk - same measure as eggs
- flour - same measure as eggs
- pinch of salt

Step 1
Whisk together eggs and milk
Step 2
Slowly add flour and salt mixture. Whisk after each addition. Whisk until mixture is smooth
Step 3
Allow to rest for 30 minutes or up to several hours
Step 4
Preheat oven to 450.
Step 5
Place oil(vegetable oil, bacon fat, beef drippings) in each cup of cupcake tin. Place in hot oven until oil is smoking
Step 6
Fill each cup with batter about 1/2 full
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until puddings rise and become golden brown.
