Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Pork chops bone attached
  • 3tsp butter
  • 3 onions cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 3 gloves of garlic minced
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 32oz stock ( half chicken& beef)
  • Or you could use just one
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat up skillet add oil, add salt and pepper to Pork chops. Add chops to pan lower temp to med heat then add butter to pan. Leave for 3-4 mins till browned then flip and do the same to other side, you can baste chops to make it easier for browning after flipping. Once browned place on plate and set aside. Add onions to pan and sauté for 5-7 mins till translucent then add garlic stir for another 2 mins. Add 3 tbsp flour stir in for a min. Then add stock. Let simmer till thickened then add Pork chops back in Let them heat back up then add cream. Serve.
