Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion (or 1 Tbsp onion powder or garlic powder)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard (or dijon or ground mustard)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or steak sauce)
- 1 Tbsp oregano (or Italian seasoning)
- salt & pepper or seasoning salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 5x9 " loaf pan.
Step 2
Chop onion into fine dice.
Step 3
Combine ground beef, onion, egg, milk, Worcestershire, oregano and breadcrumbs. Add salt & pepper or seasoning salt, to taste.
Step 4
Place meat mixture in 5x9' loaf pan.
Step 5
In small bowl, make glaze. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over the meatloaf.
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Step 7
Remove from oven and rest meatloaf for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
