  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin (not pumpkin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15.25 oz) butter yellow mix
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Topping
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter sliced in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans
  • Icing Topping (optional)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin spice, pumpkin and combine. Add cake mix and baking soda and mix all together. Spray a 9"x13" dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into dish.

Step 2

Combine topping ingredients. It will be more like a crumble with the sliced butter. Spread over top of cake. Pat down a little so it will stick. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
