Ingredients
- 3 (12oz) pkgs Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 C veg oil (olive oil)
- 1/3 C grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 T salt
- 1 1/2 T pepper
- 1 1/2 T garlic powder
- 1 1/2 T sugar (honey)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425*
Step 2
Rinse sprouts and cut off stem. Cut in half. Toss together with all ingredients
Step 3
Place on baking sheet, cut side down. Roast 45 -60 min.
Can also sprinkle with Balsamic vinegar
