Ingredients

  • 5lbs boneless beef chuck
  • 1/2 Cup beef broth
  • 2 TBS spoons Canola Oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno's
  • 1 can green chili's
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 TBS Chili powder
  • 1 TBS Cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 can crushed tomato puree
  • 1 Jar Salsa verde
  • cayenne pepper
  • Shredded Cheddar
  • Tortilla shells

Preparation

Step 1

Combine garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin and cayenne; rub over roast. Place in a crock pot. Add the tomatoes, Salsa, Jalapeno's, chilis and onion. Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

Step 2

With 2 forks, shred the beef.
Load up the tortilla's, roll them up, add cheese and either bake or microwave them.
