Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, preferably chuck, cut into chun ka
- 5 carrots , sliced
- 3-4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 large Yukon potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 can low fat mushroom soup
- 1 can low fat golden mushroom soup
- 1 soup can of red wine
- 1 soup can of beef broth
- 1 pkg McCormick’s Beef Stew Seasoning Mix

Step 1
Put beef and vegetables in large ovenproof pot. Mix soups, wine, broth and seasoning pkg together and whisk until combined. Pour over beef and vegetables and stir well. Bale at 300 degrees for 3-1/2 hrs.
Serve with cornbread! Delicious!
