  • 10 in 1 lb 9 oz. frozen unbaked dinner rolls such as Bridgford Parkerhouse Roll Dough
  • 1/4 c salted butter melted
  • 1-1/2 t coarsely chopped rosemary
  • 1/4 t coarse sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a 9 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray. Place frozen rolls in skillet about an inch apart, leaving plenty of room for rising. Cover with plastic wrap lightly coated with cooking spray and let rise until double the size, 3-4 hours.

Step 2

After rolls rise, brush them with half the melted butter. Sprinkle with rosemary. Brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with coarse salt.

Step 3

Bake according to package directions until deep golden brown.
