Ingredients
- 1 lb Groundbeef,
- 1 15 oz can Cream of muchroom soup
- 1 24 oz Bag Potato dumplings mini ( I make my own )
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1 8 oz bag sliced muchrooms
- 6 Cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 onion
- 1/4 cup Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Swiss cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
Step 2
2. Cook dumplings to the directions of recipe 1 1/2 lbs pounds medium Potatoes peeled around 5
1/2 cup flloor
1 large egg lightly beaten
1/3 cup dry bread crumb1/2 teaspoon salt
Large pan water boiling
1. Place potatoes in large pan cover with water bring to boil Reduce heat cook uncovered about 15 minutes till tender Drain transfer to bowl
2. Mash Potatoes Stir in floor, eggs,Brad crumbs,salt. Shape into 16 real small balls
3. Put in boiling water carefully add dumplings.Reduce heat simmer about 7 minutes take out with slotted spoon set on cookie sheet tell you need them
Step 3
Place a pan over medium heat and add butter and oil
Step 4
When the pan is hot add muchrooms and onions. Cook about 5 minutes
Step 5
Add the garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes until you smell the garlic
Step 6
Add the groun beef and cook until brown and no longer pink
Step 7
Add cream of muchroom soup, heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer a couple of minutes
Step 8
Add the beef mixture and the dumplings to greased 9x13 baking pan. Stir everything together. Top with Swiss Cheese and cover with foil and bake 30 minutes
Step 9
Remove the foil and place under boiler for a few minutes to get bubbly and brown
Step 10
Serve and enjoy
You might put a little less cheese and I just use half of potatoe dumplings recipe and freeze half
