Ingredients
- 10 thyme sprigs
- 1 Salmon filet, 3 lbs
- 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 tsp Koshersalt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 thinly sliced lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450.
Step 2
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange thyme sprigs in a long row. Place salmon, skin side down, on top of thyme.
Step 3
Combine mustard, honey & vinegar in bowl. Brush mixture evenly on top of salmon. Sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt & pepper. Arrange lemon slices over salmon.
Step 4
Bake at 450 for 26 min. or until desired degree of doneness
